1. About These Terms

These terms apply when you use houseofharrington.co.uk or buy from us. House of Harrington is a trading name of Denta Capital LLC, a business registered in Wyoming, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Denta Capital LLC trading as House of Harrington, and "you" means the person using our website or placing an order.

Please read these terms before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website to browse and buy our products for your own use. You must not use it in a way that is unlawful, that harms the website or other people, or that tries to get unauthorised access to our systems.

3. Our Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration, and colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes and weights are approximate unless we say otherwise.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery to the United Kingdom is free on every order.

For orders worth more than £135, UK import VAT and any customs duty are charged when the parcel arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid to the carrier before delivery. Our Delivery policy explains this.

Payment is taken when you place your order. The payment methods you can use are shown at checkout.

If we find a clear pricing error before your order is dispatched, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and Cancellation

After you order, we send you an email confirming that we have received it. Your contract with us starts when we dispatch your order.

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund. Email us with your order number.

We may cancel an order if the item is no longer available or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in China and usually arrive within 7 to 13 business days in total. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Our Delivery policy has the full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. It must be unused and in its original packaging. For a change-of-mind return you pay the return postage and any customs costs for sending it to China. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover the return costs. Our Returns and Refunds policy has the full process.

8. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

9. Your Responsibilities

Please give us accurate contact and delivery details. If a parcel comes back because the address you gave was wrong or incomplete, you pay the cost of sending it again.

10. Intellectual Property

The content of our website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

We use third parties to run our shop, including our e-commerce platform, payment providers, our fulfilment partner and delivery carriers. Their own terms may also apply when you use their services.

12. Our Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaking your legal rights as a consumer.

13. Suspending Access

We may suspend or restrict access to our website for maintenance or if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where our company is registered. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.
