1. Delivery Cost

Delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom is free on every order.

For orders worth more than £135, UK import VAT and any customs duty are charged when the parcel arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are not included in our prices and are not collected at checkout. The carrier will ask you to pay them before your parcel is delivered.

2. Where We Deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

3. Where Your Order Ships From

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in China. We do not hold stock in the United Kingdom.

4. Delivery Time

From the day you order to the day it arrives, please allow 7 to 13 business days in total. This includes the time we need to prepare and dispatch your order. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

6. Delays

Deliveries can take longer because of stock shortages, Chinese New Year and other public holidays, customs checks, carrier disruption or severe weather. If we know your order is delayed, we tell you.

7. Parcels That Cannot Be Delivered

If a parcel comes back to us because the address you gave was wrong or incomplete, you pay the cost of sending it again. If the mistake was ours, we pay.
